Simple and balanced, it's considered to be one of the most famous Italian cocktails in the world. Invented in 1919 by Count Negroni - who asked to add a touch of gin rather than soda to his americano, in honour of his last trip to Londo - the cocktail was finally named after the count who adored it.

RECIPE:

30ml Campari

30ml Bulldog Gin

30ml Cinzano 1757 Vermouth Rosso

1 orange slice

DIRECTION

1. Pour all ingredients directly into a rock glass filled with ice

2. Stir until chilled

3. Garnish with an orange slice!
