Key Accounts Officer
Job Description:
Key Account Management
- Build and manage end-to-end client relationships with key liquor accounts and brand partners.
- Contract management, renewals, risk assessment, and account performance analysis
- Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns - ensure deliverables and service agreements are met
- Expand wine, spirits, and liquor portfolio by creating opportunities for potential brand partnerships and Onboard new liquor suppliers
B2B Accounts
- Develop B2B Account segments (including but not limited to Corporate, Event, F&B, etc) and develop growth strategies for those segments.
- Manage and grow new and existing B2B accounts. Identify opportunities and take initiatives for growth.
- Develop systems for tracking, management, and fulfillment of B2B and Corporate requirements.
New Initiatives (Events, Gifting, Subscription)
- Works with the operations team to develop the mobile bar, cocktail menu, sales kits, etc.
- Develop growth strategies for new target segments (office parties, weddings, corporate events), partnerships, and other viable income streams
- Works with the marketing team to develop corporate gifting items, bundles, and sales kit
- Coordinates with partners to onboard existing gifting SKUs
- Lead generation for potential customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years of work experience in Sales, Business Development, Key Accounts Management, Offline Marketing, and Sales, or related
- Work experience in project management for on-ground events, corporate events,
- Experience related to the Wines & Spirits industry.
- Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) certification is a plus.
- Must be detail oriented, time management, and have organizational skills.

Inventory Management Specialist
Job Description:
Inventory Management Specialist
Purchasing
- Create PRF and ensure all orders are correctly costed out in POs
- Ensures that the company is sourcing from the most cost-efficient supplier.
- Analyzes and continuously improves supply forecasting methods and reordering models to cater to the demand.
- Conducts analysis and problem-solving for issues related to forecasting, especially stockouts.
- Establishes sourcing strategies to satisfy forecasted demand.
- Maintains an up-to-date supplier database to ensure optimized margin through competitive sourcing and pricing.
- Check for back-in-stock/critical items that need special adjustment
- Check demand and adjust proposed qty for SKUs that could have outliers (offsite selling, bulk orders, aggressive discounting, etc.); high-value SKUs
- Identify SKUs with stocks for publishing and communicate to VM
- Monitor inventory adjustments, stock transfers, and sales returns from all sales channels.
Inventory
- Monitoring of overstocked goods, freebies and depletion, near-expiring goods, new SKU allocation, etc.
- Tracks inventory levels in all hubs, and SKU life cycles and monitors stocks posted on all platforms.

Hub Inventory Specialist IE Grad (Alabang)
Job Description:
Work responsibilities include, but is not limited to the following:
Stock Management
- Monitors the accuracy of Inbound transactions such as Purchase Order receiving.
- Monitors and tracks the exact SKU that are being processed and dispatched for fulfilment (Outbound transactions).
- Maintain Inventory Records Accuracy overall and on hub level.
- Reports discrepancies that need adjustment.
- Works with Operations Team to reduce inventory discrepancy and shrinkage.
Fulfillment Monitoring
- Analyzes sales transactions and compares to physical stock fulfillment.

- Initiates stock transfers for certain SKUs depending on sales.
Consigned Inventory
- Maintains inventory file for consigned items per supplier.
- Coordinates obsolete and slow moving with the Purchasing Team and suppliers.
- Ensures that supplies must have enough inventory prior depletion.
- Works with the Purchasing Team for ordering of supplies.
Cycle Count
- Monitors all reconciliation needed system vs stocks and recount as needed by supervisor
Finance
- Makes sure all PO and Sales Invoice are matching and ensures a timely turnover to head office
Others

Job Description:
Hub Management
- Monitors Hub Capacity to maintain ideal hub utilization.
- Monitors the accuracy of Inbound transactions such as Purchase Order receiving.
- Oversees outbound transactions and reduces wrong dispatch orders
- Maintain Inventory Records Accuracy on hub level.

- Aid in strategy and implementation of data-led initiatives and processes across departments

Job Description:
- Manage the NetSuite platform used by the company and serve as primary point of contact for NetSuite support, implementations, customizations, integration, and data migration.
Responsibilities
- Integrating NetSuite with 3rd party applications

- Conduct periodic training for end user and processes
