‘Wit’ means ‘white’ which characterizes the hazy milk-hued color of this wheat-based Belgian-style Ale. Wheat King Wit is lightly hopped, just enough to promote good flavor balance; the bright fruity flavor is a courtesy byproduct of warm fermentation by our house Belgian Witbier yeast.
