TASTING NOTES
The nose is slightly sweet, a hint of lemon zest but a good deal of juniper. A hint of alcohol as well. A little bit of tartness, a nice dash of heat and a long bitter and semi-dry finish.

YOU WILL NEED:

1.5 oz. (45 ml) Ungava Premium Gin
2 oz. (60 ml) tonic water
1 grapefruit wedge
Ice cubes

1. Fill an Old-fashioned glass with ice cubes.

2. Add the gin and tonic water.

3. Stir well, and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
